These terms apply to Blank, an iPhone app made by SELCOR (“we”). Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using Blank you agree to both.
Blank+
- Blank+ is a subscription sold through the App Store, at $7.99 a month or $69.99 a year in the United States, or the price shown in your country’s App Store.
- The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your Apple Account is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not use Blank, its email addresses, or its private network to break the law, send spam, attack or overload other systems, or harm other people. We may turn off an email address or network access that is used this way.
Your data
What you store in Blank is yours. Because it is encrypted with keys only you hold, we cannot recover it if you lose your passcode, your phone, or your recovery words.
No warranty
Blank is provided as is. We work to keep it available and secure but do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Blank+ in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; using Blank after that means you accept them.
